Warburton Bay has a magic of its own. Located on the southwest end of Mackay Lake, it is close to the tree line. Warburton Bay Lodge is 217km Northeast of Yellowknife by float plane in the summer and 257 km on the world famous ice road to the diamond mines in the winter.

The camp has electricity and permanent insulated cabins, and one shower. It has only boat and float plane access and does not have a laundry service. Licensed for 12.
